No. Our shipping rates cover the transport from our Delaware warehouse to your address in Lebanon. Customs duties and VAT are charged by the Lebanese government upon arrival and must be paid by the receiver. We can provide an estimate based on your items, but the final official value is determined by the customs officer.
Shipping carriers charge based on how much space a package takes up, not just how heavy it is. For example, a large pillow is light but takes up a lot of space on the plane.

  • Volumetric Weight: (Length x Width x Height) / 5000 (or your specific divisor).
  • We charge whichever is higher. However, we always try to repack and downsize your boxes to save you money.
Delaware is a U.S. Sales Tax-Free State. If you ship your orders to New York, Florida, or California, you are often charged an extra 7%–9% state tax on checkout. By using our address, you automatically save that money on every purchase.
Yes! Many U.S. stores (like Apple, Best Buy, or Sephora) do not accept international credit cards. 
We offer a "Buy For Me" service. Simply send us the link to the item you want, transfer the cost to us, and we will purchase it on your behalf using our U.S. corporate cards.
Once we receive your request to ship your consolidated package from Delaware, it typically takes [7–10 business days] to arrive at your door in Lebanon, subject to customs clearance speed.

Yes! This is the best way to save money. If you order a shirt from Amazon and shoes from Nike, we can hold the first package at our warehouse (free for up to [30 days]) until the second one arrives. We then put them in a single box so you only pay the base shipping rate once.
